Discretion is the foundation of Aldric Private. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. Aldric Private (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]) is the controller of your personal data.
What we collect
- Application details: your name, email, mobile number, company and role, LinkedIn profile, sector, region and what you are looking for or can offer.
- Verification information: photo ID you upload, LinkedIn profile or work email used to verify your identity.
- Membership and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider (SumUp) and never reach our servers.
- Mandates you post and expressions of interest you send, and your correspondence with the desk.
- Technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in sessions and IP addresses used for rate limiting.
How we use it
- To review your application and verify your identity before anything is published.
- To match mandates with members and make introductions — names are only exchanged when both sides agree.
- To manage your membership, take payment and send service emails.
- To send our roughly weekly emails about how the service works. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data and never show your identity to other members. We use carefully selected processors to run the service (hosting, email delivery and payments) under written contracts, and we share information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Identity documents are deleted once verification is complete. Other records are kept for as long as you are a member and for the period required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise your rights, contact desk@aldricprivate.com.
