Member terms.

These terms apply to your use of Aldric Private (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]). By applying for membership you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy notice.

Membership

• Membership is by application and every member is verified. We may decline any application without giving reasons.
• Membership tiers: Associate (£750 a year or £450 for six months), Signature (£2,400 a year or £1,450 for six months) and Sovereign, by invitation (£6,000 a year). Prices exclude VAT.

Mandates and introductions

• Every mandate is reviewed before it goes live. Open mandates are shown to verified members as anonymised briefs; private mandates are never listed.
• Members never contact each other directly. We review every expression of interest and choose who to introduce.
• We do not accept financial deals, or any request we cannot verify or that is not lawful.
• You must not share information about other members or mandates outside Aldric Private.

Engagement and facilitation fees

Private mandates are available to Sovereign members. In addition to membership, a facilitation fee based on the size of the deal is payable only once we have confirmed a match and you have agreed to proceed. The fee and its terms are confirmed in writing before any introduction is made.

Liability

Aldric Private makes introductions. We do not guarantee that a suitable party will be found or the outcome of any introduction, and we are not party to any agreement you enter into with another member.
